1. Seller

These terms apply to all sales made on this website between Jessim Azaoui, sole trader (France), trading as “Magnetik”, SIREN 943 606 038, 9 rue Edmond Charpentier, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France (“Magnetik”), and any consumer (“the customer”). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

2. Products

We sell board games and leisure products. Their main features are described on the product page. Photos are as accurate as possible; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any import duties or taxes are described on the Shipping page. Current offers (2nd game 50% off, buy 2 get 1 free, welcome code) apply as displayed and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders

The customer selects products, reviews the cart, enters their details and pays. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarizes the order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by secure payment providers. Magnetik never has access to card numbers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and tracking are described on the Shipping page. If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer contacts us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Returns and refunds

The customer may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described on the Returns page.

8. Liability

Products must be used as described. Magnetik is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, including failure to respect the minimum age and the magnet safety warnings.

9. Personal data

Customer data is processed according to our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s country of residence.
